Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 November 2026. Provided by Nandini Kumari. Contact: hello@velune.phinneas.me.

By using Velune you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Velune is

A routine, streak, journal, shelf and wishlist app for skincare and makeup. It gives ideas and keeps records. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not judge your appearance. For skin concerns, see a qualified professional.

Your 30 free days

The plan

Sharing into and out of Velune

You can share a link, some text or a picture to Velune from other apps, and share your routines, streaks and wishlist as pictures or text. Velune reads what you share on your phone to suggest a name for you to check; it does not open the link. If a picture is read for a product, it is sent to be read and is not kept. You are responsible for what you post and for telling your followers about any payment or gift you received for a product you show. Velune does not check or endorse any product.

Your content

Your routines, notes and photos are yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the features you use. You are responsible for what you add and for the rights to any photos you add.

Using Velune fairly

Do not misuse the app or its services, try to break or overload them, or use them to harm others. The AI helpers have fair-use limits meant to stop misuse, not ordinary use. They are for routines, products and beauty and wellbeing, not for writing code or doing unrelated work.

AI helpers

Suggestions from the AI helpers are written by an AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important things. They do not give medical advice. Nothing the AI suggests is saved until you confirm it.

If we stop or change something

We may update, pause or retire features. If we end the service we will give notice and a way to export your data.

Our responsibility

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Law and contact

These terms follow the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, without removing the protections of the law where you live. Questions: hello@velune.phinneas.me.
